The Strategy Planner will report to the Strategic Planning Lead, but will work closely with Support, Sales and the overall Management Team in helping ensure the engagement and success of our members. RealEstateInvestor.com is a small fast moving, highly dynamic company, so you will have the opportunity to be involved with a myriad of projects and activities across the organization. Includes, but not limited to, Process and Product creation and improvements, Marketing projects and events, Company and Member events, and Sales Support.
The typical day is spent engaging with our members, collecting information about them and then building a Sales and Marketing plan that we use to launch and manage the member's marketing. This individual will be attentive to detail and sharp as a tack with great phone skills. This is not a sales role, but more of a facilitator and ultimately an expert, with a high level of integrity and respect for others.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Conduct initial Strategy calls with new members presenting the Sales & Marketing plan, set expectations on next steps, communicate best practices, address any process "how to" questions, set the members at ease and build rapport.
Understand requirements and create Sales & Marketing Plans for new and existing members.
Own the member from “hand-off” from Sales to champion the member through turn up and transition into Support
Establish extensive knowledge of the REIvault products, systems, processes and Best Practices
Assist the Real Estate team with Lead Processing, Sales Acquisition and Disposition and build a working knowledge of Real Estate Investment.
Conduct Account Reviews with existing members to ensure continued engagement and success.
Work closely with Sales, Support and Executive Management team to provide feedback and coaching to members, surface and address "At Risk" members, and assist with service issues.
Seek out opportunities to up sell additional products & services and drive Company process improvement and performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Prior Real Estate Office or Lending experience is a plus. Real Estate License is not required.
Technical ability to quickly learn our Products, Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company for many of our members.
Familiarity with Google Docs and MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Strong English –written/verbal
Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Strong Research and Analytical Skills
Excellent rapport builder with ability to quickly establish credibility and influence member decisions.
Technical ability to learn our systems and Standard Operating Procedures
Willingness to learn and continuously improve closing
Awareness of your strengths and weaknesses (and asking for help when needed)
