REIvault Semi-Exclusivity Policy
REIvault is a private “members” only services company dedicated to producing high quality results for our members, giving each of us a jump over our competition in our markets and to do things FASTER, CHEAPER, BETTER and reducing the lost opportunities from trying to do everything on our own. We are stronger as a group, utilizing skilled experts within their area (pulling high quality mailing lists, writing postcard copy, managing the daily/weekly mail fulfillment, working on Podio systems, etc.) vs. unskilled cheap resources. By doing this, we’re able to do what would normally take each of us a small army of our own VAs and usually weeks or months of hiring, training, managing, and keeping them busy. Our internal team does this for all of us. They are extremely dedicated to quality and good at what they do.
REIvault is NOT a Franchise, charging 10’s of thousands of dollars in franchise fees. We are all real estate entrepreneurs sharing a single team of experts, trained and managed, to do everything for us. Because we are not a franchise, we are not able to provide exclusivity. This would be illegal.
However, we work to prevent overlap and competition amongst our members stepping on top of each other and sending the same direct mail marketing pieces to the same seller at the same time. In doing so, we do not allow more than a handful of members in the same market and offer membership on a first come first serve basis. Once zip codes and properties are being actively marketed to on specific campaigns, those properties become locked up from other members utilizing those same campaigns.
More Details:
- We limit the number of Members in any given market.
- Membership is first come first serve. Once we decide a Market is full or a set of zip codes are full, we can add you on a waiting list to be notified when they become available.
- Membership allows up to $7,000 per month in marketing when using REIvault proprietary mailing lists and campaigns and a total of $10,000 per month when using your own mailing lists.
- There is no geographical limitation to REivault Membership; however, the limitation is within specific zip codes.
- We work to prevent multiple members mailing to the same properties using the same marketing pieces at the same time. We do this by tracking campaigns per zip code.
- In the event a specific campaign is locked up in a specific zip code, other members will be able to utilize other available campaigns. We have found no conflict with members utilizing this technique.
- Other real estate investors may still be mailing to many of the properties we're mailing to for you and its just the nature of the business.
- Any member can provide us their own mailing list without limitation.
- You must be an "Active" paying REIvault Member for Semi-exclusivity of your zip codes and campaigns. Once a member is no longer "Active" (e.g. In Collections, Suspended, Cancelled, etc.), these zip codes and campaigns will be available to others and you may lose access to them by other REIvault Members in the future.
- If you have "Paused" any specific Campaigns or Zip Codes, they will automatically be released and available for others after 60 days "from your last mail date." NOTE: Once available, you may lose zip codes to other REIvault members.
