WANTED: Process Consultant

  • We are looking for a specific individual, possibly a prior consultant, who is amazing at quickly understanding and driving out the key tasks and activities of a project and translating those into a logical delivery plan and driving to completion. We have built an extraordinary company over the past 10 years that is profitable, and growing at 50% a year, with a solid team, product / service, customer base and culture. We are looking to add a smart individual and creative thinker who can help us deliver more projects and capabilities more efficiently and effectively, while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit.

    The Process Consultant will report to the COO/Integrator, but support the overall Management Team in managing and delivering a myriad of projects and activities across the organization. Includes, but not limited to, Product development and enhancement projects, Process creation and improvements, Marketing projects and events, Company and Member events, Sales and Finance Support. This is a critical role to help our organization be smarter, better, and faster at bringing our products & services to an entirely new level.

    You’re a smart experienced individual who can not only plan, manage and deliver projects with ease, but also research, analyze and drive solutions to issues and business needs. You are the consummate team player and not afraid to jump in and help where needed. You have prior experience working for a large Business & Systems consulting firm or Corporation in a business consultant, project/program manager capacity. You are looking for a change from the hardcore consulting/large corporate culture, tired of the commute and daily grind, or looking to rejoin the workforce after taking time off to start a family or chase other career aspirations.

  • Plan and deliver system development and process projects related to REIvault's Products, Internal Systems, Infrastructure, Operational Processes, Member Portal, Company and Member related events.
  • Assist executive management with Presentations, Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Special Projects
  • Drive requirement and scope definition of new products, features and enhancements. 
  • Interact with our Coaches and Members to develop a member advisory committee and provide ongoing management oversight.
  • Capture and Maintain a clear a Marketing roadmap and calendar that supports the corporate vision and Financial targets.
  • Work closely with the Functional Leadership team to achieve quarterly deliverables, define solutions to improve operational process efficiency and effectiveness, and cross train where applicable. 


  • Project Management – Proven experience in planning, leading, managing and delivering product/system development and other projects.  Quickly understands the business rationale, defines requirements and scope, drives out the key tasks and deliverables.
  • Process Consulting – Ability to gather the necessary data and inputs and perform the research and analyze data to root cause problems, develop possible solutions and make recommendations.
  • Business Acumen – Understanding of the key business functions (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product/Technology and Finance) and interdependencies across those functions.
  • Leadership - ability to influence and rally the team to meet planned deadlines.
  • Technical Skills –proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc) and not afraid to roll up sleeves to learn new technologies when needed. Familiarity with HTML is helpful but not required.
  • Customer Driven - providing more value to both future customers and current ones; educating, delighting and inspiring the customer at every turn.
  • Communication - ability to communicate with all functions/teams within the company, member and affiliate base and amplifying the promotions, products, communities, internal core values, and culture.
  • Critical Thinker - Ability to learn new processes and technologies and build solutions when necessary. Share new creative ideas and drive and constantly adapt to the ever-changing world of an entrepreneurial business.
  • Team Player - able to collaborate with and manage others effectively – across multiple geographical locations. Willingness to step up and help with activities outside the primary area of responsibility when needed.
