We have built an extraordinary company over the past 10 years that is profitable, growing at 50% a year, with a solid team, product / service, customer base and culture. We are looking to round out our executive team with a like minded thinker who brings marketing strategy, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to our organization.

You’ll bring a unique ability to attract bigger companies (hedge funds or national brands), as well as partners to double triple our growth beyond our current reach. You have the capabilities to put us in national media (TV and print) on our unique model and the business contacts to provide credibility beyond our current reach. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Own and deliver a clear Marketing strategy, roadmap and calendar that provides confidence and clarity; aligning the organization to the plan.
Build and execute a corporate and product marketing strategy and roadmap to support the corporate vision and Financial targets.
Leads brand management, marketing communications (including advertising, promotions and public relations), market research, distribution channel management, & pricing
Assist with sales management, product development, and customer service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Marketing - Classic marketing knowledge is a must; multi-channel expertise to orchestrate creative, thorough and effective marketing campaigns.
Leadership - ability to influence and rally the troops and forge into the unknown with campaigns, market shifts, staffing needs, etc
Technical Skills - is comfortable working with IT to develop tech-based strategies and campaigns; also, social media, SEO, and other forms of online advertising while being able to develop campaigns for each.
Customer Driven - providing more value to both future customers and current ones; educating, delighting and inspiring them the customer at every turn.
Communication - ability to communicate with all functions/teams within the company and customer base and amplifying the promotions, products, communities, internal core values, and culture.
Creative Thinker - ability to have new creative ideas and drive and constantly adapt to the ever-developing world of technology-driven marketing.
Data Driven - ability to analyze and draw meaningful, actionable conclusions from marketing, financial, sales, customer and other data.
