Hi my name is Dwayne Stutzman and I am from Wauseon , Ohio near Toledo. I am married and have two beautiful kids. Working to be able to do real estate investing fulltime. My wife and I like to vacation in Florida and will have a second home there in the future.I'm trying to learn as much about real estate investing as I can . So that one day I can do this full time and have a better life for me and my family.

Chilling in <italy, on vacation and just figured out how to use the message center. Sorry that if didnt reply to your message. I would have long ago asked you to meet up with me. We are having cash flow games now on Tuesday nights. have you heard about the NRU Community of investors? This is a great resource for anyone who is getting started in serious investing.
