I deal in finance (debt and equity). I can get most deals financed over $5M if it has good numbers. I also deal in POF/VOD, SBLC's, Gold, Business Development, JV's, REO's, Builder Buyouts, etc. Finance, Real Estate, Securities, Commodities, etc. Prefer $5M+ upwards $1B deals.
Looking For
I want anyone looking for R.E. deals to send me your criteria. What do you want. I have a too many deals crossing my desk to count. My eyes are beginning to cross. I want principals only. If you are ready to deal tell me what you want. I have people ready to move.
Real Estate the way it should be.
I have a beautiful daughter, Kayla, that is 5. I went to college for business management. I have been researching real estate since I went to agent certification classes in 2003. I am definitely predisposed to creative deal structure. I am 24; and am naturally business minded(if such a thing truly exists). I have been interested in real estate since I was a little one; too young to care about the late night infomercials. I guess creative real estate investment was a natural course of action for me. I have known for too long that I was being the best employee I could in order to learn to become the best employer I could. I believe that integrity is the foundational principle of business. I generally tend to prefer older company since most people my age don't care much for independent thought.
My Business
My company Decision Properties has primarily been involved in deal structure thus far. I am based out of St. Louis, MO but I do business across the U.S. (mostly from home) I am currently moving into minerals (oil, gold, diamonds, etc.) With the way oil transactions are looking; I may have to give R.E. a slight rest.
