Hello Steven, It's been a while thank you very much for sharing this to me. I am a Filipino and I want to start to buy a rental property (apartment) in my area. Wholesale investing? You think it's better to start with wholesale? I need a system and a mentor to help me get started. Do we have Filipino investors in this community?
